Not only did the staff go above and beyond to make me feel at home, but they also offered exceptional service by promptly returning a valuable item I had forgotten in my room. The presence of ironing facilities was a welcome surprise, ensuring my outfits always looked pristine for my performances. The air conditioning provided a perfect escape from the Marrakech heat, allowing me to relax in the comfortable sitting area and enjoy the lovely terrace views while savoring delicious meals prepared with care by the talented Chef. I was thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail in providing free toiletries that reflected the essence of Moroccan beauty rituals. This gem of a hotel truly stands out for its exceptional quality and genuine hospitality.
